


Socktober Sock School Workshop & KAL!
Learn ALL the techniques needed to make a great pair of handknit socks! In this workshop, we will meet live online over 3 classes in October to learn the cuff-down sock knitting techniques.
Day 1 - Sock knitting basics, casting on, avoiding ladders (gaps), and tension
Day 2 - Learn the Simpler Sisu Heel - the fastest, easiest sock heel around!
Day 3 - Toe and ending techniques, including the Kitchener Stitch
PLUS, you'll receive 3 Knit Sisu sock patterns, as well as unlimited support throughout the month.
Classes are Oct. 8, 15, and 27th at 1:00pmEST. All live classes will be recorded and you'll have access to view them through the rest of the year.
Upon purchase, you'll receive a pdf with a link to access the Sock Needle Choices video, to help you decide the best needles to use for your sock knitting preferences.
Materials needed:
- one skein (at least 100g/400yd) of fingering/sock yarn
- size US 2 needles -- either 9" circulars, DPNs, double circulars, or long cord *This is explained in the Sock Needle Choices video you'll receive upon purchase.
