Songbird Sweater
While knitting this lovely sweater, I had Cardinals, Chickadees, an Eastern Towhee, and even some bright Blue Birds visit me on a daily basis - what better way to show my gratitude then to name a sweater after them!
Skill: Intermediate
Knit top-down, raglan yoke, straight-style with peek-a-boo cabling and ribbing.
Recommended Yarn: The Red Pansy "Avalon" Worsted Merino & "Surreal" Heavy Lace/Fingering held double (one strand of each) | 734 - 1,285yds of each | XS: 734 S: 872 M: 955 L: 1100 XL: 1285
Notions: Size US 9 (5.5mm) and Size US 10 (6mm) with 40" cord | cable hook or extra DPN |Tapestry Needle | Stitch Markers | Optional: short cord or DPNs for yoke & sleeves
